Effective as of January 1, 2020, the 2021 Dangerous Goods manuals including the Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR), the Lithium Battery Shipping Guidelines (LBSG) and the Infectious Substances Shipping Guidelines (ISSG) have undergone some major changes affecting air cargo regulations.
